Service terms
These terms describe what the Native Ear Audit and Correction Re-check include, what they exclude, and what happens if something goes wrong.
Native Ear Audit
£245 for up to 30 finished minutes, one language pair, delivered within three working days of complete project handover.
The clock starts only once we have received:
- payment
- working audio
- the source script or transcript
- your project brief, including language pair, intended audience, and voice brief
Explicit exclusions
The Native Ear Audit does not include:
- translation creation
- full copy-editing
- script rewriting
- audio editing
- TTS regeneration
- unlimited revisions
- certification of legal or factual accuracy
- more than one language pair
- more than 30 finished minutes
- assessment of sections not supplied
- final verification of corrected audio (that is the Correction Re-check)
Findings are professional QA recommendations. They are not legal certification.
Correction Re-check
£85. Covers review of the corrected sections from one completed Native Ear Audit, up to 10 finished minutes of regenerated audio, one submission, delivered within two working days. Further revisions become another re-check.
Missed deadlines
If Testheard misses your agreed deadline, we offer a defined remedy: priority completion, partial credit, or a complimentary re-check. Refunds are not automatic in every situation; the remedy is set case by case against these terms.
Acceptable content
Testheard reserves the right to decline content that creates reviewer safety concerns or falls outside our reviewers' competence.
